We create 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. These models allow efficient pre-construction design and provide a collaborative platform for all project participants. We choose the appropriate LOD (Level of Detail) between 100 and 350 according to the needs of the customer. Plans for all disciplines are showed in a single model, so the building is virtually built up during the design phase, providing visual and non-visual information on all aspects of construction. We mainly focus on 3D modeling of HVAC, as well as electrical and fire protection systems.
